The Conquest Story

Conquest Mining Limited is a minerals exploration and development company that has been listed on the ASX since 1994.

In 2006, Conquest discovered the Silver Hill gold-silver-copper deposit at the Company's 100%-owned Mt Carlton Project in north Queensland. Mineral Resources for the Mt Carlton Project are now estimated to contain a total of 1.5 million ounces of gold, 40 million ounces of silver and 74,600 tonnes of copper. Ore Reserves for Silver Hill now contain a total of 0.7 million ounces of gold, 16 million ounces of silver and 30,200 tonnes of copper.

In March 2010, the appointment of Jake Klein as Executive Chairman heralded significant changes to the management and Board of Conquest.

Conquest continues to progress Silver Hill towards development while actively exploring the Company's large tenement position at Mt Carlton and the prospective surrounding region.

Conquest Mining's Board believes that there is an opportunity in the Australian gold industry to create a genuine mid-tier gold producer with significant production scale and upside.

Through a combination of organic growth and future acquisitions, Conquest Mining’s long-term goal is to become an Australian-based company with assets that are capable of producing 500,000 ounces of gold per annum.
